I have bought 6 TV sets from Audiovision Tygervalley over the past two years, no complaints on the sales service. My Newest Samsung 43inch PLASMA I have at my holiday house, ceased showing a picture with only sound coming through. Purchased Nov 2011, and worked for less than 3 months of the time. I handed it into Audio Vision for repairs on 2 April 2012. Despite follow ups I received no information. A month later while in the store (still chasing it up) I was told it would cost in the region of R1300 to repair, as it only had 1 year warrantee. Dismayed I asked for the contact details of the CEO of SAMSUNG. It so happened that the Regional Manager of Samsung was in the store, it he said he would see if he could get it repaired under warrantee which is normally two years. Wow, great service I thought. The next day I was advised via SMS it would be repaired. Two week later, still nothing, a month later I got hold of the owner of Audiovision, no luck there either. I was told SAMSUNG declined the repair. Two weeks later I was contacted by Audvision wanting to know what to do. REPAIR IT!!! Contacted by SAMSUNG last week, repaired but still does not work. Three & half months later, no TV
