Had I but read the reviews on first! Then I wouldn't be sitting here mourning the loss of R2, 773.50.
I ordered a Blackberry from iGear on the sixth of April, 2013. I tried getting hold of the company via email, to no avail. There was one reply, which said the following: "Thank you for your mail. As per our website our offices are closed on a Friday - we are open Monday to Thursday. All mails will be answered on our return on Monday." That is a lie. They never got back to me. Again I sent a mail, and still I have not heard from them. Tomorrow is Friday again, so their offices will be closed.
I sit here staring at my account page on their website, trying to see if I didn't perhaps miss a button that magically takes you to a page with a tracking number and a little box where you can type it in; trying to see if I didn't miss a sales condition, to which they reacted in anger by casting my order into a dank, dark, rotten cave, covered with the moss of other offenders' orders, where it shall remain for the rest of humanity's time on earth.
I shall try to issue a chargeback. Hopefully that works. But BEWARE, listener!!! iGear is BAD NEWS.
