Poor Product Quality and Poor Customer Service

Hi My Name is Revaj Gianchand. On the 10 November 2011 I purchased a Samsung 51" FHD 3D Plasma TV. After just 1 year 2 months the Plasma Gas is running out and pictures are burning into the screen despite the anti burn protection being on. Also the TV has purple blotches. I am most disappointed as I had saved up to buy this TV which cost me R11 000 cash. and in just over a year it is giving up. My call reference to your Customer Care is 7111957276.
The Samsung Tech never came out to see me and still quoted me R1600 for repairs, without examining the TV. I cant believe that after I spent R11000 for a TV that I need to replace after over a year. And nobody wants to help because it just fell out of warranty. It is most disheartening, as it has cost me a huge sum of money and I had saved for so long :(. Please can you help me, at least have my TV repaired without cost, or ideally replace the unit, as the plasma gas is supposed to last 18000 hours.
