Samsung 51" Plasma WIFI keeps going Faulty

18/11/12 I purchased a Samsung 51" Plasma TV
21/12/12 TV assessed / repaired as WIFI not working
02/01/13 after two attempts to repair insisted TV be replaced and was
02/05/13 WIFI faulty again - TV repaired
02/08/13 WIFI faulty again - Techni Fix (Samsung authorized agent) assessed TV said they would report to Samsung and advise as this is a ongoing problem - when following up with Samsung was informed as per Techni Fix "CLIENT REFUSED REPAIR" TV was then taken to workshop, tested and repaired
13/09/13 WIFI faulty again - TV repaired
10/10/13 WIFI faulty again - called Samsung - was told supervisor would call back - No call back
11/10/13 Called Samsung - was told Product Specialists would call back - No call back
15/10/13 Called Samsung - was told case had been sent to Product Specialists and would have an answer in 48 Hrs

01/11/13 Still waiting for feed back - WHICH 48Hrs were they talking about.
