On the 8 November my fridge was collected by Mastercare, of which they did not switch off the water supply behind the fridge, as the main water supply was off due to municipal problem, when the water finally returned and nobody was at home the kitchen was flooded and caused damaged to the kitchen units, I have escalated this matter, and have been trying to resolve this issue without any success, I have been inconvenienced and left with damaged which mastercare clearly don't see as a priority, that customer service with a smile.
