I am one of the unfortunate many who are struggling to cancel a contract and subsequent debit orders from Early Bird / Mastercare. I fail to understand how a reputable finance institution such as Finrite can align themselves with Early Bird / Mastercare by performing unauthorised debit orders on their behalf.
This is my third and final complaint to try rectify this, the first was via telephone and I was advised to contact Mastercare directly (an impossible task), second was an email to both you and Mastercare to which Mastercare ignored (no surprise) but so did Finrite.
I hold Finrite fully responsible for the unauthorised debiting of my personal account as you cannot provide me any proof of my authorisation to allow you to do such.
I await your response and explanation on how you will rectify this and I strongly suggest you reconsider your business relationship with Mastercare.
If this is not resolved my next step will be to approach The Office of the Ombud for Financial Service Providers.
