Since my report on bad service from Samsung South Africa, I had the service manager and others involved in the case. 2 fridge replacements and still not right!

I've had it with Samsung just passing the buck and not delivering on their promise.
They managed to deliver the most off colour fridge in the world of fridges.
Then they replaced it with an upgraded model which was again damaged by a forklift and missing internal racks.
Neels has been kind enough to keep me posted as to a replacement for a couple of days but since then didn't answer his phone since 25th March.
Come on Samsung! Please sort this issue out!
