I have purchased an Samsung fridge that broke down and is still in the guarantee period. A repair call were logged with samsung who send an technician. He did not even inspect the fridge just told me the part will be ordered and Monday 11/02/2013 the repair will be done. Since then I have phoned Samsung eight times;left two messages for the service manager a Mr Eben Van Rooyen (phone number 011 5491 500, who did not return my calls) and send three e-mails to the managing director Mr Cornelius De Kok at [Email Removed] the courtesy of a reply.
How can I get a response out of samsung and have my fridge that is under guarantee repaired
