Bought A samsung fridge from H&H Canal Walk less than year ago, called them about two months ago having a problem with it, they sent a Samsung technician to check it and he found out it was indeed damaged, so he said I must wait a week to get the parts to fix it, only to get a call from Samsung later that they don't have the parts and I must tell H&H to replace the fridge, I called them and they told them they are waiting on papers from Samsung, but samsung called me to say the delay is from their side (H&H) it's been more than two months now with a barely functional fridge that I'm still paying for :( and no one is telling me anything from H&H when I call them they promise to call back and never do.
