This it is REALLY getting out of hand now, there is just NO SENSE OF URGENCY is resolving my problem and complaint. I have been EXCEPTIONALLY tolerant of SAMSUNGS poor timelines and customer service.
I have even tried emailing the CEO and I only received a missed call message from a man called: Tembiso, I have never heard from him again.
Please have this issue resolved ASAP and I want to speak (ON THE PHONE) with a SENIOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT MEMBER of SAMSUNG South Africa
Portia Lepitse, Eben Van Rooyen, Brett Dell Part Leader/Manager, Cornelius Johannes De Kock, Velvalingam Padayachee and Tembiso are the Samsung staff that have ALL knoweldge or my issue and YET NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVEN ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OR EVEN CONTACT ME.
I have been waiting SINCE December 2012 to have my Samsung dishwasher repiared or replaced.
