After trying to source a product in stores that was available over the Christmas holidays to no avail, I turned to Have2have. They sourced the Barbie product for me and delivered well in time for my daughter's birthday. Delivery was within 8 working days. When I got a little concerned that it may not make it from overseas in time, I sent an email requesting further information and I received a detailed email within 24 hours.
