I bought LG 32 inch TV last year and the TV Damaged/ruined my 3 hard drives which are followed 2X1TB and 1 500GB also i lost most of my important data along with those drives, i have almost paid 1500 rands to retrieve which i failed retrieve as well. After so much investigation i have analysed TV it self damaging my HDD's... Out of three one is like really new and i havent used anywhere else so then i realized TV itself a problem.
Then i have tried contacting LG they are people who dont respond and direct me to the right department nor trying to listen or resolve my issue.
I would like to complaint at consumer forum with service from LG after paying so much money i paid and the poorest product i received with cheap quality which destroyed almost my 4 thousand rands hard drives with my data (which i cant count with money or retrieve my memories now)
So i now what the is this LG... pls close your brand if you cant service or serve to customer in this country who values every brand...
who would be the responsible for selling this cheap product with such a big label (LG) name on it... seriously i cant effort to lose any more data or money
