I received two 64 gig flash drives as a present recently and i tried to use it and it did not work.
As no one here in pietermaritzburg stocks such high storage with this brand, i went online and retrieved their details to email them and after approximately a week i received a response that said they could not help me and i had to phone the call center.
I had phoned them and was eventually transferred to a different department where no one cod help me. The person did not know what i was talking about and said that they didnt keep such brand.
Very very poor service. I am.sitting with two 64 gig flash drives that are useless.
