I paid them on the 30th of December via eft, even paid more than my subscription but today they have disconnected my services and say i owe them R100 for reconnection. Not even Multichoice charges that much for reconnection. I am not disappointed i am angry with these who simply copy and paste emails from their scripts and they make no logic when they respond. It now feels like i am dealing with a mafia, i have asked for my money to be refunded because i won't pay the 100 rands they want from me. They never inform us of their extra fees or hidden costs, i now want my money back so i can buy cheap data bundles from telkom. They now tell me about the data i have already used, i will obviously pay for what i have use but i want my money back, even if they rob me and pay me back 2 rands. They overcharged us and they make their profits by unsuspecting clients. Which company on earth would not accept an eft payment? I have had 5 of my friends who no longer use their services but i have always given them benefit of a doubt but still prove to me that they are not there to provide a service but to make money from us. All i want is my money back and they can go to.
