WD ELEMENTS 500GB - Misrepresentation of Product

I purchased an external hard drive of 500GB. When I plugged it into my computer discovered that it is only a 465GB and NOT a 500GB as the product is being advertised. I paid R600 for this hard drive and would like to get the 500GB WD ELEMENTS that I paid for; or if store cannot provide same, to refund my money.

Maybe the store should check with the service provider as this is a misrepresentation of the product that is being advertised in the Dion brochures currently.
