No Customer Service and 30 day challenge Hoax

I bought a deep foam washing machine from HiFI.

I contacted Samsung they gave me the terms which I signed and scanned my reciept which they acknowledged reciept of.

I was told the courier would contact me after christmas collect my old machine and deliver Omo.

I called 4 times and emailed 6 times only to get a number reference and told someone would call me.

NO ONE HAS CALLED ME and its now been two months with no news no call no delivery.

samsung please don't respond to say the email teh CEO here is a link that is Bull I have done that and no CEO did nothing I did email the "CEO" who has done what? NOTHING EXCEPT rely on Japan/China and UK to come up with teh products and design while teh CEO sa sits back and lets people complain.

I think we should rather email teh CEO of those countries and tell them how you are turning teh SA section into and relying on them to do the work while your customer services goes to the dogs.

Thanks for nothing and like I said don't post someone will call you coz they won't call no one.
