Samsung Deep Foam 30 Day Challenge

Purchased a new washing machine and completed the documentation for the Samsung Deep Foam 30 Day Challenge. They were supposed to collect my old washing machine and provide Omo Liquid for one month and give me a R500 voucher for the old machine. I have contacted them twice already and both times they said that they have sent through my details to courier department and they will contact me.

I guess this was just a sales gimmick.
