I have sent my samsung tablet for repairs under warranty on the 7th and it was expected back on the 11th. They smsed me on the 9th that they were awaiting parts.i have contacted them on the 13th and 14th and they were supposed to phone us back but until now we have not got any feedback.this is a great disappointment.
