30 day foam challenge

Purchased a washing machine in December with the 30 day foam challenge where I'm supposed to receive a R500 voucher and OMO liquid as well as trade in my old machine. Submitted all paperwork as requested but since have received no feedback from start of January. They responded to emails when receiving paperwork but have ignored my emails since. Called the courier company who should have contacted me but they have received none of my info from samsung. Phoned samsung again and they say oops they will send my info again and "dont contact the courier company again, they will contact you". still nothing and its been weeks. Would not wont to speak to a call centre wizard at samsung anymore, I want someone way above that to get in touch with me. If they send me a computer generated message im gonna freak!!!
