SAMSUNG DISHONOURED THEIR 5 STAR PROMISE

I purchased the Samsung Deep foam washing machine in December 2012 and the Samsung rep convinced me that this is the best washing machine in it price range. Samsung was also running their deep foam 30 day challenge with their 5 star promise. I registered the product on their website and their marketing person Obakeng sent me some t&c's to sign and return to them. Since them I have never heard from Samsung or their courier. I called in 5 times in more than 3 weeks and to date NO ONE has contacted me. They state on the promotion with I have a copy of " IF you are not completely satisfied within 30 days you will be eligible for a refund, less the R500 gift card, should you receive this benefit." I want to exercise my right to return the machine and a full refund on my purchase in cash. I have never received the promised R500 gift card or the Free OMO liquid for a month. Samsung never kept up with their 5 star promise and I want my money back.
I called Samsung this morning and spoke to Benson from the call centre and requested them to fetch their machine and refund me in full and they refused and logged a call with their complaints department. This is really POOR and DISHOURABLE service
