Samsung Deep Foam 30 Day Challenge

I bought a washing machine from Samsung and now months later I'm still waiting for delivery on their promises. I had to pay for my own delivery too.

Endless attempts to contact them via the web, facebook, email, and directly through the company I bought the machine from have failed.

Samsung appears to have done the same to many of the people who took them up on their challenge. Well I am here to say either deliver or I'd like my money back. You can make the arrangements to collect me old machine and make good on your promises or refund me! Choice is simple.

I am NOT re registering my machine online yet again! NOTHING happens upon registration. Some human being needs to sit up and take responsibility.
