We purchased Samsung Washing Machine from Makro on the 10th of November 2012 on a wonderful marketing promotion by Samsung which "promised" free OMO for a month and collection of our old washing machine as trade in with a R500 gift voucher and a 30 day money back guarantee. (SO MUCH FOR THAT)
I registered my product on their website as requested. Signed the terms and conditions and am still waiting for the courier to come and collect my old machine and for Samsung to live up to their 5 STAR PROMISE!!
I have now called Samsung on numerous occasions over the past months and each time get "promised" again that it has been escalated and I will receive feedback. Escalated to who?
I never get feedback and how have now been told I should call the courier company myself. What nonsense, the courier company did not make a 5 star promise to me... SAMSUNG did.
3 months later and all this is, is a 5 star lie!
