I see there are quite a few complaints already about the Samsung 30 day challenge. I also bought a Samsung washing machine in December 2012 and filled in all the appropriate forms to take up this '5 star promise' of a R500 voucher, Omo washing liquid and collection of old machine. Subsequently, no response, and I've phoned into their call centre about 4 times (this is well documented by them), only to be told that the complaint would be raised to the next level of management and head office. It is now 3 months and still nothing has been done nor has anyone contacted me.
Initially, I thought samsung was a good reputable company, but if they treat their customers with such disdain and nonchalance, that's the last product that I'll buy from them. Nor will I recommend this brand for any of their products.
