Now that's what I call good service

I had some problems with a camera which was outside the warranty period
and in discussions with Sony, they agreed the cost of repair was unreasonable
and that it didn't make sense to fix
so they offered me an upgraded model for a fraction of the price
.
i was by no means entitled to this
and through the hard work of Dean on my behalf, he managed to get me a really good arrangement
.
I think his attitude was simply fantastic
and I'm really happy with the outcome
.
