I had some flood damage and submitted a claim to have my electronics fixed. They were quick to respond but now nearly two weeks later I can not get through to their claims department at all. Was contacted by someone and told they can deliver my replacement DSTV PVR Theusday 29 Oct. No body came. I went to their office yesterday and spoke to Tumelo which phoned the supplier which phoned me and told me they forgot to deliver it but would do so today. Again nothing. I phoned the number which called me yesterday and could only speak to someone very incompetent which had no clue and could not help me. I emailed Tumelo with no reply. I was also supposed to be informed about the other electronics being fixed. But also nothing. No service at this company.
