Please be so kind to respond to your email. Inspection done 6/7 months ago, lodge a WS claim and advised im not covered (after all these months) as they have not received my inspection certificate and if i want my claim authorized i will need to send a copy (which is currently with my vehicle at VW for the next week) or i must go to Glasfit? the policy states "Please note that it is a condition of cover to take the car for inspection at your nearest Glasfit" it doesnt say ""Please note that it is a condition of cover to take the car for inspection at your nearest Glasfit and then send us a copy just because we or Glasfit dont do out work"? This is also my second HP complaint and also my last, as my policy is thankfully cancelled. Tumelo please let me know whats going on, or atleast send me a rejection letter, so that i can take this up.
