Commendation

This posting serves to commend the tireless work that was portrayed by
Tumelo when a bond was applied on my behalf.

I might not have secured the house I intended to buy (someone else
beat me to it) but his services were beyond excellent.

What I liked most was his constant communication of informing me how
far the transaction is. Unlike the competition bank which I have been
their clients for ages but never bothered to inquire if I would be in
a position to raise deposit, Tumelo was able to speak to me and also
each time he sent the estate agent an email, copied me so that i am on
the same page with the developments.

As a consumer, I know my rights and mostly complain where the service
I expected would be bitter but if is also palatable, I believe credit
should be given and I am doing just that!

Tumelo, keep up the excellent work you have done but I believe that
such service is rendered by most NEDBANK stuff because even when I
needed a personal loan, I received the same excellent service from one
staff member in Westage branch.
