I recently purchased a car from this dealership i delt with Tumelo Seipotlane who juggled me back and forth during the entire process of purchasing my car, bargaining and trying to up the car price after i had put down a holding deposit to secure the deal as their was only "skeleton staff" over the weekend as according to Tumelo "many others would pay more for the car than the price advertised" - to charging me service and delivery fee of R3990, from which neither was delivered - to unfair charges of licensing and registration of R2350 that was now being paid twice as i paid my financing company, whom actually did my licensing and registration.
I came all the way from Alberton to centurion to fetch the car, the dealership didnt even bother to fill the tank i had to ask the manager for petrol to get back to Alberton - upon test driving the car 2 weeks prior to fetching we asked for the wheel alignment to be done, Tumelo assured us he would have it done, i now sit with that extra expense of R200 of having to do it myself as it was never seen too...
