I would like to thank Tumelo Mokoena (Budget Insurance) for all the efforts made during my difficult times. He was available to help, listens, provide feedbacks and always ready to assist. It was not easy for me to handle all the problems made by the two panel beaters especially Quality Panel beaters.
Tumelo cannot be compared with anyone, he has shown UBUNTU. I almost give-up at Budget insurance, but because of him I am still a client.
My car was taken for repairs since February/March 2012 up to so far I am still waiting maybe I will get my car as soon as possible. He arranged an alternative transport for me which has never happened before in 2010 when I was involved in a car accident.
I wish him all the best; he is indeed a caring person who can even go beyond expectations. We need people like him, in South Africa. Budget Insurance should be proud of Tumelo Mokoena, keep it up Tumelo (My Son).
