I opened up my whatsapp to type a message this morning, and for some reason my screen wouldn't respond. Then I saw a crack running from the corner of my camera mid way down my screen. Shocked to see this I contacted my husband and asked if anybody had dropped my phone by chance when it came off charge this morning. He hadn't and I hadn't, but there the crack was. When I tried to call him I was suddenly unable to do so as the crack had cracked further. It isn't on the glass on the outside, but appears as if its inside. It isn't very visible except in certain lights. The phone isn't even a year old yet. In games my phone gets extremely hot as well. I am now going to have to send for repairs but Sony seem to be very clever and refuse to take responsibility for this problem which is worldwide. There is even a petition online for them to take action and admit to this HUGE error. Now I will end up paying a monumental fee to fix the phone as it appears I am not the only person with said complaint, and the fees I have seen to repair are hideous. If I repair phone and it happens again, what then as it seems it can reoccur? I am disgusted that this happened to my SONY.
