After being referred to MM All Electronics by SAMSUNG when I had a problem with my refrigerator, I was asked to pay the upfront call out fee, and assured that my problem could be attended to by the end of the week. I promptly paid the amount and sent the EFT proof of payment. Within two hours, they had confirmed receipt and requested that I email them the reference no. I did so immediately. When I emailed about an appointment, the reference no was requested again (even though it is plainly written on the proof of payment). I was again asked to email the same proof of payment with no real explanation for either the delay a few days later. Emails and phone calls have yielded no real results, just a string of excuses.
My fridge remains faulty, which means that although the freezer and ice making compartments are fine, food continues to go off as the fridge section fails to keep a constant cold temperature. I continue to waste more money on food that goes off after a day or so. I also have SAMSUNG washing machine and dryer, and after this shoddy service will no longer buy the SAMSUNG TV I was planning to.
