My Samsung y Pro of only 11 months gave problems and it was handed in for repairs. It came back with exactly the same problem - it continuously resets itself. It was handed in several times and was decided that i must get a replacement phone. Gus at Clearwater told me it would take 5 weeks and as i had an old phone to use it was ok. I now dropped my old phone and it broke. I phoned Gus several times leaving messages but he does not return my calls. I must get an other phone and quite frankly do not understand why i had to wait 5 weeks for it. I am a widdow and must have a phone.
Why waiting 5 weeks for a replacement?
Is this the "good" service Samsung give?
Must i rather revert to a more trustable supplier like Nokia?
