To get to the chase - i have a contract with Mastercare. Since January Mastercare has been trying to sort out my Samsung fridge door but to no avail as Samsung is holding everything up.
my rubber on my fridge door does not allow for closure anymore. how does a manufacturer make a fridge without anyway of at least replacing a rubber? i am now advised that my entire door needs to be replaced instead of just the rubber. how bizarre!!! is this a sneaky way that Samsung uses to grow their sales? or happy to lose a customer? which is it.
i am so irate over this incident that i dont even feel like stipulating any serial numbers etc cos why waste my time if Samsung does not care?
