We hired " The Kitchen Factory" - [URL Removed] to build and install new units in November 2012. Their staff installed all the units and in the process damaged the plumbing. This led to water leakage which damaged some of the other units and the skirting.
We set up a meeting with the owner, Brian - and his other staff, Tony and Juan - where they took full responsibility to fix the damaged they caused.
Up till now (February 2013) nothing has been done. Even after several call to them and promises to come and fix it. Today I told Brian, I'm tired of his constant excuses and he shouldn't worry. I will have it fixed at my cost with another supplier.
I would like to warn the public about dealing with a company of this nature. It's nothing more than a and constant, so be careful. If you need home improvements as far as built-in units go, I'd stay far away from "The Kitchen Factory".
