NO PHONE CALL BACK FROM MANAGEMENT

First I would just like to state how incompetent the people at the Istore in Menlyn is due to the fact they don't listen to what the client wants causing me to waste time and money cause they cant listen.

Bought my Imac on 21/01/2014 the 22/01/2014 phoned spoke to Warren informed me I can just bring in my Imac for them to load Office which I asked how much it will cost me, I was informed it will cost me nothing yet upon taking the Imac in on the 24/01/2014 my father was informed to fork out money and our appointment was 10H30 they kept him waiting there yet if myself as an client of Istore is late I loose my appointment. one of my request were that they load my MTN internet device the guy informed my father we don't have any connection but what I can see its connect CRAB I sat the whole weekend with no internet access - its pathetic the client service Istore Menlyn provides and not even speaking about the managers that does not even bother to phone back as I have been waiting since Friday for a call.

NOW I must pay for something that is not working after I have asked for it to be check. please Istore get people capable of doing their jobs and listen to consumers. im DISAPPOINTED
