No communication no iMac

We recently had a problem with an iMac we purchased from the melrose arch branch some time ago and subsequently sent it in for service through the sandton city branch. All seemed ok but it is now been two weeks since they received the iMac at the service center and we are still without it! NOBODY picks up the phone or calls you back when you leave a message which makes the situation incredibly frustrating! we were told it would be ready by the 11th Feb.

THis is a WORK machine and everyday we do not have it means our business is affected.. rest assured we will try our damnedest to never support the iStore again.
