My iphone just died this morning and the first thing i did was go to istore Menlyn because without my phone i cannot receive any business calls during the day. The Service department was so rude. When i finally get someones attention to ask what is the procedures to follow because i need my phone asap, should i rather go to vodacom because i bought it there or the istore. The service person took my phone looked at it and pushed an online booking ticket into my hand and said ''you must book your tech support'', gave my phone back and walked. First of all, if you do not want to help your customers stay at home and second of all i would rather go to vodacom just to be sent back by a friendly vodacom worker than to receive absolutely no help. In the end it was a stupid problem with the on switch and it turned back on directly but if clients must help clients in the istore i seriously do not see why you have "trained"service workers that just want to be rude and not help. I have all the Apple appliances and if this is how any istore personal help their customer i will gladly stop supporting any apple store.
