Resolve Ipad issue

I gave my Ipad in at Menlyn Istore. Repair number MN1012734.

My complaint was that the battery does not last. Turns off when on 40%.

I received a call from the Istore and was informed that the store is not able to correct it and that it wil be sent to a workshop and if they cannot repair it, it will be replaced. No mention was made of damage.

I then received an email stating that the Ipad was dented (I did not give it in with a dent) and a repair quote. My jobcard also does not reflect any damage.

I received a call on 25 Oct, the person asked if I want to eccept the qoute. She was informed as above. She undertook to escalate the issue and call me back. This did not happen.

I called the Istore today and they requested me to call 0115359292 which is the customer support department. It was not, it was the workshop. I again informed the lady accordingly and she again undertook and failed to call me back.

This issue needs to be addressed and resolved.
