I contacted Console Extreme in Cape town on January 14th to have my PS3 repaired. I explained that I live on the Wild Coast but have someone commuting back and forth to cape town. I was informed that the problem could be fixed and had the console delivered to them. Then the waiting started.
After numerous e-mails and phone calls I was told the problem could be fixed. I proceeded to paying for the repairs done and then had to wait even more for it to be returned. I eventually got the console back only to plug it in and find it was exactly the same as when I send it (Was cleaned thou).
The console was then returned to them and once again after numerous e-mails and phone calls I am still waiting on a reply. We are now in October. My e-mail correspondents will show that I have been more than patient and have not shown any aggression towards console extreme.
JUST GET IT FIXED, PLEEEEEAZE!!!
