My wife bought a DSTV with free installation voucher at Checkers Hyper at meadowdale in Edenvale on the 7th of October 2013. My wife applied for installation on Ellies website an installer phoned on Wednesday and my wife told him the best time would be on Saterday and he said he would be able to do it but late that afternoon and my wife stayed home all day and nobody arrived or phoned. My wife tried phoning his number from Thursday to hear if its fine for Saterday but nobody answers.
