I bought a playstation 4 console during December 2013, 08:11am 12 January 2014 Sunday it malfunctioned and stopped working (would not switch on) and a fifa 14 disc (799) was stuck inside...
09:47 AM i took the console back and i was assured that i must not worry about the disc for it will also be replaced together with the console.
a week later CNA (Tshepo) called me to inform me that the console is replaced but unfortunately they don't have the Fifa 2014 Disc anymore and i was told to Wait another week for the disc to be replaced. i waited patiently for a second week then i called them back and they told me the same story that the disc was missing and the is a possibility that i might not receive the cd anymore until today i have been waiting. the Store manager Paul Louw called me to his office and told me that "he is trying everything to get the Disc back someone must have taken it". i have documents which we signed at CNA on the 12th of January when i gave them the damaged console stating that there is a cd inside, it was signed by the CNA IT Specialist Tshepo and I. this is not fair treatment and i hope someone will here my cry please help
