I just wanted to compliment Game Gateway on the outstanding customer service they provide to their patrons. Especially the Manager HI-Tech department, didnt get his name however.
My PS3 console had been overheating, i booked it in and game had replaced it as promised with a new console last week. I do however need to know what guarantee is offered on the new console that has been replaced as my old receipt guarantee has just expired. Im just a bit worried cos on hot days the console fan does to spin faster than normal with a buzzing noise which i feel might be a symptom to the overheating problem of the 'phat' PS3 consoles.
