NO FEEDBACK

I am out in Northern suburbs and handed my console in. this was collected from me on the 13th of DEC 2013 and i thought this was great service!!!
i got feedback from the team to say that they received the unit and what the cost will be to repair the unit. i thought this was great service!!!
i replied with the go ahead to fix the unit and that is where the great service stops. Up till now i have not received any feedback on the status of my PS3 console.
i am actually disgusted with the service.
PLEASE JUST GIVE MY CONSOLE AND I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE UNIT!!!
