I bought a brand new "Fifa 12 Xbox 360 bundle" console from CNA on the 6th of October 2013.
After the purchase was made I went back home to try my awesome new console only to find out that the console was not working and that the console that was sold to me was in fact a second hand console (one that has already been opened and played with).
The reason I noticed that it has been used is the fact that there was gamer points on a profile that was created by someone other than me.
I then went to CNA at Centurion Mall for an exchange on the console only to find out that they are unable to exchange the console because they didn't have any stock of the "console bundle" that I purchased on hand.
I then requested that they order one from one of their other branches.
I still haven't received a working console as promised by the weekend.
If this problem is not resolved by the end of today (06-10-2013) I will be forced to take this matter to the CPA.
