Faulty Console

My name is Warren. H.On the 13/01/2013 i bought a Wii u gaming console from CNA at Tygervalley cnt. When i had to update the console because of a day one update the console could not update so i contacted Core and was told that it had to come in for repairs, just imagine a brand new console had to be repaired. So i sent it in and they recieved it on the 25/02/2013.it was repaired and updated to firmware. On 28/02.2013 i got it back. Then on the 5/06/2013 i had to update the console again to to the new firmware and it doesnt want to update. I phoned Core on the 6/06/2013 and spoke to Kelvin Naidoo where i was told that's its maybe my internet connection but i told him i have a wifi connection and it updates my ps3, ps vita and xbox firmware without any problems. Now Core wants me to send in my console for the second time and its not even 6 months old.i paided a lot of money which i worked hard for to be stuck with a faulty product.
