Console Extreme
Console Extreme - non existent - does not respond

I sent my PS3 console to Console Extreme during October 2013 in order to have it repaired. After paying R1000 for repairs it was returned and still experienced the same problem.
They offered to collect the console and rectify the issue. I was hoping to have it reurned by school holidays... its almost two months, they dont respond to messages or mails or telephone, they have my money, my console... and I am left with nothing, service
