I was told by cell c to take my phone to be repaired at a samsung head office, on queen nandi drive area. they said that my phone will be fixed in one day, then told me the next day at 12. i call them and phone is engadged. then i go there and my fone hasnt even been touched. its bad service and i want to speak to samsung office. this is disgusting service and i will definately never buy a phone or product from cell c or samsung.
