Really bad service

On Monday the 28th of October, I took my Samsung S3 in for repairs to the Samsung Service Center in Boksburg as per Samsung head office. Firstly the said that the phone was out of warranty, but only got the phone on the 20th of November 2012. They have rectified the error and then advised that it will take 2 - 3 days for the phone to be repaired. It has been more than a week now. On Monday, I phoned Keleigh to inquire about the progress, she then said that they are awaiting parts and will arrive after 12:00pm. I also asked her what is wrong with the phone, she said she cannot say but will phone me back. Its has been 2 day and still no phone call. This is really the last product I ever get from Samsung. If my contract is due for upgrade in January I will be sure to take another phone rather, because Samsung cannot deliver as promised and this is not the first bad encounter with a Samsung product. Clearly they are planning to keep the phone to just before the 20th of November and then return it to me and if there are any other faults, they are just going to say, Sorry out of warranty. This is the worst product I ever owned and will never again own one.
