In December, samsung ran a promotion, in which if you had purchased a new samsung washing machine, and registered the device with their website, They would do the following:
* Provide you with 3 months OMO liquid,
* Collect your old washing machine and
* Give you a R500 Samsung Voucher.
After numerous phone calls to the head office, the call centre, as well as the courier company they entrusted to delivering the promised promotion. They sent me around and around and kept promising somebody would phone me before the week was over. It is now April 4 months later, And I cannot deal with this incompetence. Nobody takes me serious, I have got upset with the stalling tactics used. I am fed up, and will never buy another Samsung Product again if this is the way customers are treated.
