Just sharing my experiencing hoping to create awareness of a seller on bidorbuy. I bought and paid for a 2nd Generation Nexus 7 32GB FHD tablet on the 8th of January 2014. After a few days i received a 1st generation tablet. When i asked the seller (Sarah du Preez) she just said its my fault i bought the wrong product. I disagreed as the listing clearly states a FHD (2nd Gen) tablet. I then left a negative rating and after a few emails Sarah agreed to refund my money as they can not supply the right tablet (the false listing is still up by the way). I sent the package through Speed Services and it was delivered to their PO BOX on the 18th of Jan 2014. Im still waiting for my refund and the seller is insisting I must wait 2 weeks. Sarah has no proceeded to leave negative feedback on my profile which is quite disturbing because i paid within minutes expecting the right product?? Apart from me they have more than 140 other negative ratings.
